Instructions on Authorization to Return New/Unused or Warranty Merchandise to Hot Water Products:

1)  Please fill the Merchandise Return Form out completely and save it to your desktop. Click here to open the form.

2)  Print a copy of the form to return with the merchandise and one for your file.

3)  Please e-mail this form to Crystal Pierce at Crystal@hotwaterproducts.com to receive a RMA Number to return the merchandise to Hot Water Products. You can also fax the form to Crystal at 414-434-1378 or toll free 877-280-0022.

(Please Note:  we encourage the use of e-mail to request a RMA and we ensure that your request will be answered within 2-3 days from the time it is received.)
