Versatile Range
The Phoenix Multi-fit is available in 80 and 100 gallons and two BTU sizes
Vents in inexpensive PVC or CPVC pipe. It’s combined vent lengths up to 200’ in 3” pipe or vent lengths up to 85’ in 2” pipe.

The new Phoenix Multi-Fit is a stainless steel high efficiency gas fired commercial water heater. The fully condensing Phoenix Multi-Fit has up to a 96% thermal efficiency rating and comes in 199k and 130k BTUs.
