Returns By Mail

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. You may return Hot Water Products purchases by mailing it to our Online Return Department at the following address:

PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE

1. For returns, enclose the invoice with a written return reason along with the merchandise packaged securely in the original package if possible.
2. All returns must be made within 30 days from the shipped date with original invoice.
3. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
4. Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your payment card statement.

Exchanges

We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. To exchange your merchandise, list the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
