About Hot Water Products
In 1998, Hot Water Products was founded by Dan Lundman and Howard Endres as a wholesaler that sold and leased commercial and residential water heaters. Shortly after, Hot Water Products decided to branch out and began to sell boilers as well. This is when the real growth started to happen. After a few years, Dan decided to pursue other interests. Howard was then joined by Gregory “Jack” Daniels as the other co-owner. Since day one, Hot Water Products’ main focuses have been energy efficiency, carrying superior products, and providing our customers with absolute and outrageous 365/24/7 customer service.
Living up to our motto of “service beyond the sale” is one of our top priorities.

Focused on our Customers and Vendors
Hot Water Products has always focused on developing and maintaining partnerships with our customers and venders. That philosophy continues today which has been and always will be about forming long-lasting partnerships, that go beyond just a business relationship. Howard Endres states,
“Some of my best friends are my customers. The relationships we have developed go beyond just a business partnership.”
These credos are driven into all of the Hot Water Products’ employees—form a partnership, and the fruits will last a lifetime.
We have always had an incredible passion for serving our customers. Jack declares,
“We had full time technical service personnel on staff, before we could even afford them.”
You see, Howard and Jack knew that if Hot Water Products was going to succeed in an already crowded market place, they would have to out-hustle, out-train, and out-service the competition. Going that extra mile for our customers and getting the job done right without cutting corners or costs, are what have molded Hot Water Products into the company it is today.

Outstanding Service
Hot Water Products instills our customer service values into each employee that comes aboard. When interviewing prospective new employees, we ask them if they will answer their phone for work 24/7. If the answer is no, we are not the place for them. Hot Water Products’ customers have become used to getting outstanding service, and we will not accept anything less than that. Hot Water Products' emergency service is second to none. We understand that 24/7 service is a necessity for our customers. Problems never take a day off, so we don’t either—offering service, parts, and unit-delivery at night AND on weekends.
