In 1998 we started Hot Water Products focused on three main goals:
- Help Our Customers Save Energy
- Carry Superior Products
- Provide Service Beyond the Sale
To achieve these goals we really focused on educating our clients and developing “Win-Win-Win” relationships. “To grow our business we had to do everything we could to help our customers and our customers' customer be successful”, said Jack Daniels.
It didn’t take long for the marketplace to catch on and we were quickly serving more than 100 wholesale houses in Wisconsin and neighboring states.
Part of our early success was due to our thorough and robust training programs for our customers. We felt it was especially important to help customers understand how the investment in the products and services we provided would save them time, energy, and money. We also wanted all of our customers to understand how to properly install, operate, and maintain the equipment we sold to minimize their hassle and make their projects easier to manage.
Our first training sessions had about 20 plumbing and heating contractors. Over the last 20 years, our company has trained hundreds of engineers and mechanics on the proper selection, installation, and service of our products and have gone the extra mile to deliver customer satisfaction unequalled in the marketplace.
However, a successful business takes more than just training and education. We know that life is full of twists and turns and the unexpected….that’s how we became known for going above and beyond typical customer service. It’s not unusual to be delivering parts after-hours and on holidays, or forwarding leads we receive at tradeshows to our list of contractors, or doing whatever we can to make contractors profitable and successful.
